This all too familiar story was the reason for this attic remodel. Creating a space where no space previously existed, the Shellmont Court remodel framed out a new staircase to the attic. Originally unfinished, the attic opened up to a spacious family area. Additionally, a beautiful 3/4 bathroom was added and a functional home office was built on the back half of the attic for the homeowner's remote work environment.
